Vitamin B1: (Thiamine HC1) a water soluble vitamin, is essential coenzyme for carbohydrate metabolism in the form of diphosphate. (7829-D) PI382 31st edition Martindale.

Vitamin B2: (Riboflavine) a water soluble vitamin, B2 is essential for the utilization of energy from food. The active phosphorylated forms (FMN) & (FAD) are involved as coenzymes in oxidative/reductive metabolic reactions. Riboflavine is also necessary for the functioning of pyridoxine and nicotinic acid. Vitamin B6: (Pyridoxine) a water soluble vitamin, Pyridoxine is involved principally in amino acid metabolism, but is also involved in carbohydrate and fat metabolism. It is also required for the formation of haemoglobin. (7847-H) PI384 31st edition Martindale.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid): Is an antioxidant readily absorbed from the gastro-intestinal tract and is widely distributed in the body tissue. Ascorbic acid is essential for the synthesis of collagen and intercellular material. Ascorbic acid might produce a reduction in severity of a cold but not in its incidence. Adult Dosage: Two tablets daily or as directed by physicians.
