Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)-1000 mg, Rose Hips Powder-180 mg, Lemon Bioflavonoids-5 mg

Ascorbic Acid: is an antioxidant readily absorbed from the gastro-intestinal tract and is widely distributed in the body tissue. Ascorbic acid is essential for the synthesis of collagen and intercellular material, the healing of wounds. Vitamin C deficiency leads to the development of a well-defined syndrome known as scurvy. This is characterized by bleeding, cartilage and bone lesions, and slow healing of wounds, Ascorbic acid might produce a reduction in severity of a cold.

Rose Hips: Rose fruit is a rich source of ascorbic acid, containing 3-4 times as much as black current and 10 times as much as orange juice. It is used in the form of a syrup as dietary supplement, particularly for children.

Adult Dosage: 1 tablet daily or directed by physicians.
