Imodon Capsules

Each capsule contains: Loperamide HCI 2mg.

 

Imodon provides safe and rapid relief for acute and chronic diarrhoea; diarrhoea caused by contaminated food or water; or Traveler's Diarrhoea.

 

Imodonl acts mainly in the intestines, it will not affect the central nervous system and other organs.

 

Dosage:

For Acute Diarrhoea,

Initially, Over 12 yrs. : Take 2 Caps.;

9-12 yrs. : Take 1 Cap., then take 1 Cap. for every loose stool.

 

Maximum Dose :

Over 12 yrs.: 8 Caps dally.

9-12 yrs.: 4 Caps daily.

 

Not recommended to children under 9 years old.

For Chronic Diarrhoea in Adults, initially, take 2 Capsules and adjust dose according to response and given in 2 divided doses for maintenance. Max. 8 Capsules daily.

 

If diarrhoea continues for over 24 hrs., please consult the physician immecHately.
