Rhizoma Gastrodiae

Functions:

Dispelling wind, eliminating dampness, relaxing the tendons, unblocking collateral, promoting the circulation of blood and relieving pain.

 

Indications:

For insufficiency of Qi and Blood in liver and kidney, blocking by wind-damp and stasis, limb numbness and lumbago.

 

Dosage:

Take 5 to 8 pills, two to three times a day. To be taken with warm water after meal or to be used only in accordance with the instructions of a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner or Chinese^ Medicine Pharmacist.

 

Cautions:

Avoid eating frying food. Not to be taken during fever or pregnancy.

 

Storage:

Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
